Pizza Rusticana with San Marzano tomatoes, fior di latte, bacon, red onion, and corn.

Tuesday

Veal schnitzel with mashed potatoes and roasted onions.
Penne al Gamberetti with arugula and tomato and white wine sauce.

Wednesday

Grilled steak rump with rosemary potatoes, arugula, and Parmesan.
Pizza Bolognese with fior di latte, beef & pork Bolognese, Parmesan, and basil.

Thursday

Braised pork cheeks with celery puree and root vegetables.
Gnocchi e "Salmone" with creamy gnocchi, smoked salmon, and rocket salad.

Friday

Roasted pike-perch fillet with potato and pumpkin vegetables and lemon aioli.

Quattro Formaggi pizza with panna cotta, fior di latte, Parmesan, Gorgonzola, Taleggio, and rocket salad.
