Pumpkin ravioli in pumpkin cream with arugula and Parmesan cheese.

Wednesday

Tagliata di Manzo with rosemary potatoes, arugula, and Parmesan cheese.

Pizza Montanara with San Marzano tomatoes, Fior di Latte tomatoes, salami, and mushrooms.

Thursday

Saltimbocca alla Romana with pork, prosciutto, and sage, served with creamy Parmesan risotto.

Lasagna al Forno with buffalo mozzarella and rocket salad.

Friday

Pan-fried sea bass fillets on creamy olive polenta with grilled zucchini.

Neapolitan pizza with San Marzano tomatoes, Fior di Latte cheese, anchovies, olives, and capers.
